Terms of service
By agreeing to the terms and conditions at the checkout, you are agreeing to the following:
- All orders dispatched within 7 days.
- Unfortunately there are no refunds available for change of mind.
- An online order is a contract and payment via the online payment gateway will ensure goods are dispatched within 7 days of your order.
- Whilst I will try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If an error in there is an error in the price of goods or description of goods, I will correct the error straight away.
- Delivery costs will be charged as an additional postage fee.
- Non delivery of goods must be reported as soon as possible.
- Delivery is available within Australia only.
- All standard orders in Australia, unless requested otherwise by you prior to purchase, are sent via Australia Post with no Insurance nor tracking.
- Postage will be dispatched within 7 days.
- Meridienne Designs will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by carrier or where I have no control over due to any event that may be out of reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided.
- If the goods are not in accordance with the specified requirements you must give written notice within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If you fail to give notice within this period, no fault will be taken.
